Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 7:00 a.m. 0 8:00 p.m.
Yes, we are fully attended. That means there is always someone at our laundromat who can answer questions or provide any assistance.
Our laundromat uses both. You can start up our machines with quarters or with a credit card.
Yes. We have 40-pound and 60-pound machines that handle big, bulky items like comforters.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash anytime during our operating hours.
We use only premium laundry products when we wash your clothes. Brands like Tide, Gain, and Arm & Hammer. We also offer a free and clear option for people with sensitive skin or allergies.
You have the option to pay by the pound or to pay by the bag.
It is $1.95/lb. for regular 24-hour service. Or you can pay $35 for all the clothes you can fit into our medium bag (20-30 pounds). It is $50 for all the clothes you can fit into a large bag (40-50 pounds), and $75 for all the clothes you can fit into our extra-large bag (50 - 60 pounds).
Our minimum for fluff and fold is 10 pounds.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge and if we have the time to do so, get same-day fluff and fold service.
No, we never wash your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our laundry pickup and delivery service seven days a week, between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
We charge by the pound or by the bag.
There is a 20-pound minimum for pickup and delivery.
Your clean clothes will be returned to you the next day.
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You do not! Just leave your laundry bags in a secure area and let us know where you are leaving them, so our driver knows where to find them.
When you schedule your service there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know how you would like your laundry done.
No, you don't. You can cancel service at any time because we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
If you are using our bag service you must use our medium, large or extra-large laundry bags.
If you are using our by-the-pound service, you can use your own laundry bag or a trash bag that can cinch closed.
You can always go into your account and suspend your service until you return.
